| Product Description |
All parts are made of high quality G I sheets for the protection against corrosion, capped with white coloured steel. The main T-Bar and the Cross T-Bar have snap- in locking device on each end for quick and easy installation. All parts are designed for best assemble with most popular types of ceiling materials available in the market.
Production Process
All components of the system are roll formed, performed, press formed and cut to length on a continuous CNC production line to BS 2994 Standard. The manufacturing process
produces a balanced grid profile in precision for stronger and more accurate modules.
Physical properties
Components are manufactured from Prime Quality Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel according to BS 2989 and JIS G3302 standards with spangle Zinc coating.
The exposed flange is capped with pre-coated metal strip with Polyester coating
of 18-24 microns dry film thickness.
Fire Protection
Exposed T-Bar System is non- combustible according to BS 476 Part 20. When used with an approved ceiling panel, the system is capable of providing effective protection to structural steel beams supporting a fire resistant floor for a period of 60 minutes according to BS 476 Part 23 (1987).
Light Duty System
Capable of carrying a load not less than 14.5 Kg/m (12.08 Kg/m2 on1220 mm hanger spacing) without the mid-span deflection exceeding L/360.
Intermediate Duty System 1
Capable of carrying a load of not less than 22 Kg/m (18.3 Kg/ m2 on 1.2 hanger spacing)
without the mid –span deflection exceeding L/360.
Intermediate duty System 2
Capable of carrying a load of not less than 20Kg/m (18.3 Kg/m2 on 1.2m hanger spacing) without the mid- span deflection exceeding l/360. |
